Who you'll deal with

Two people. The one who lists your home is the one who sells it.

Ten years in property across New Zealand and Australia, most of it running release campaigns for developers. The last of them was ten homes and thirty five million dollars of stock, priced and taken to market in a single launch.

Honesty and transparency in everything, or we don't do it at all.

Andrew does the appraisal, the campaign, the open homes and the negotiation. Michael runs everything around it.

How we sell

From the appraisal to the keys. What we do, and what you do.

Open any stage for what happens in it, and what we take care of.

And all you actually do

1Agree the plan

We bring the evidence and the recommendation. You say yes, or say do it differently.

2Approve the spend

Nothing is bought until you have seen what it costs and what we think it returns.

3Book the trades

We tell you what is worth fixing and who to call. You book them. Staging we arrange.

4Choose the offer

You are never told what to accept. You are told what we would do, and why.

If you would rather hand over all of it, trades included, say so when we meet and we will scope it that way.

Behind the boutique

A small agency. A very large engine room.

We also work for buyers. Every week.

Through Keystone Advocacy, Andrew sits on the buyer’s side of a negotiation every week, so your campaign is built on what a well advised buyer actually does. And there is a list: buyers who have told us what they want and where, who hear about your home, with your say-so, before it goes public.

Kingdom Realty sells and Keystone Advocacy advises buyers, as separate brands under one licensed agency, eXp New Zealand Ltd. Andrew is never on both sides of your sale. A paying Keystone Advocacy client does not buy a Kingdom Realty listing; buyers on the list who are not clients can. You get that in writing before you sign anything.

One agent in front. A network behind.

Kingdom Realty trades under the agency licence of eXp New Zealand Ltd, part of AGNT, Inc., listed on the Nasdaq. Your listing goes straight to Trade Me Property, realestate.co.nz, OneRoof and HouGarden. Your deposit is held by Public Trust in the New Zealand Real Estate Trust account, never by us.

eXp New Zealand Ltd is the licensed agency and the party to your agency agreement.

Before you call anyone
